My son and I visited Ireland and stayed in several bed and breakfasts. Coonagh Lodge was one of the best. The house is very nice, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The nicest part in Ireland is the incredible hospitality: one isn't staying just at a B&B, one is staying with friends or even more, with family. HOme made bread with sunflower seeds, specially bought cottage cheese for us just because we happened to ask if there wasome, of course home made jam. And the beautiful garden, the fresh air just... “The Place to stay in limmerick”

Bergie and Tom are so welcoming! It's a great location just outside the city . But really it's highlight is the charming Irish hospitality. We were only going to stay for one night and after we met them decided to stay for two... fabulous choice!

“Well located to Bunratty, but not the best we stayed in”

Of our 10 day vacation of Bed and Breakfasts, this was our least favorite. It was clean, but the house was not up to the standard that we had come to expect. Our hostess did accept us early and she did provide fresh tea and raspberry cheesecake on arrival. It was also close to Bunratty Castle and we liked that.
