Checked in without a reservation and were given a spotlessly clean, lovely room. Many nice bath products were provided, plus a robe and slippers. We should have been blissfully happy. Very good hotel, very friendly and wonderful meals.

Lovely Hotel, beautiful rooms. We stayed overnight on the way back to uk from Southern Germany. The kids had a Macdonalds (their choice) due to 10 days of stunning German food at half board.We had a fabulous anniversary dinner in the Michelin starred restaurant, which apart from the wine list, was fairly reasonable. Excellent room, very quiet. Although this was a "standard" room it was very large and comfortable with a huge bed. Good well equipped bathroom. Very good breakfast: fresh orange juice, fresh breads, home made jams etc. Very good restaurant with well-deserved Michelin Star and professional service and very good wine list.
