Friendly and attentive staff. Huge, comfortable bed in the deluxe plus room. Excellent buffet breakfasts and dinners. Extensive grounds with children's play facilities. An old manor house sympathetically extended and refurbished.

This hotel is full of ups and downs. We were pretty disappointed coming here,. Our room was disgraceful considering the cost, shabby and old fashioned and zero personality or style.
