I stayed for two nights recently. The food from room service was cold and very average the internet access is poor if you want to relax on the bed with a laptop, the cable is too short and coverage wasn't great (no WIFI in the rooms).

We came from london late saturday night and had booked a quick sleepover, leaving for home early the next morning. The shuttle service from Standsted Airport is really good, service was fine and it all went very well.
I would definitely use the hotel again!
