Stayed only 1 night. Rooms are well decor and provide internet access, Iron, tea & coffee making facilities and bathtub. Wifi is extremely slow. Deigem train station was just across the road. TV was out of dated. Breakfast is average.

The staff are always helpful, the rooms are comfortable and always spotlessly clean, the bar and restaurant are both first class. The only downside is they can't seem to make a decent creme brulee: sometimes the top is soft, but the inside delicious, occasionally the top is crisp, but then the inside is insipid. The NH Brussels Airport provided a comfortable and convenient location for business. Although the hotel is located in a more industrial side of the metro area, the train to Brussels Central is awesomely close to the hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. When I return to Brussels, I will try to stay here!

Hotel looks modern from the outside Good location next to the trainstation, easy to go to Brussels Center :-) Downside are the rooms and some services. Shuttle doesn't run all day which wasn't mentioned. Average stay, would come again :-)

I often use the restaurant area of this hotel as it is very conveniently situated in the Diegem business area (lots of international companies and the airport within 1 mile). Spacious restaurant adjacent the hotel lobby and reception. Classic menu choice. Very affordable lunch (a set week menu). Underground parking space is good. Meeting facilities are good.

NH managers should really take care of the breakfast. The staff is not attentive neither efficient. When coffee, milk, or anything is missing, it can take 10' before they take care and only after we mention the fact. Meat, cheese doest not seem very fresh.
