Excellent location in the old town, a beautiful building and luxurious rooms. However two things stood out for us. Firstly David's Irish tea (the best tea we had tasted since leaving Yorkshire). But also his patient help and advice about restaurants, tapas bars and general tips on how to get by in Jerez.
