Was concerned because of other reviews and being only 3*, but ignore them. Staff were wonderful, helpful, happy and polite. You chat with them and they do the same back. Hotel was very clean, good location and wonderful meals. We are going back next year.

We have just returned from a fantastic week's holiday at this hotel. Having read previous reviews we were a little anxious beforehand too. However, we were totally happy with everything.
