I tried this hotel once more after a longer staying out of Frankenthal. And nothing changed - the staff is still very helpful, location is in the city centre, so I can walk to company office :-) Nice breakfast comparing to other hotels in Frankenthal.
Unfortunately:
- still no reliable wi-fi in hotel rooms - it breaks down very often...
