We stayed both times in November right after the end of high season. Carlotta, the owner's daughter who manages the hotel, is helpful and friendly. We were picked up at the local train station by hotel staff. Meals were well prepared and the desserts were great!

Ranked as a 4* hotel but is definitely not more than max 3*. Tired decoration, bed and pillow very hard and uncomfortable and noice from the adjecent road made it impossible to sleep. Look for another hotel when you visit the beautiful Lago Maggiore

Myself and my husband stayed at the Hotel Villa Carlotta for four nights in October and can thoroughly recommend it. The staff were exceptional and we could find no fault with it at all. The food is very good and the room was very comfortable. We are both looking forward to returning at some time in the near future.
