Hi S, Have spent 3 days at hotell, roms have very high standard. The position is very central in town , I can just recommend it. Breakfast is a bit simple, could be better. But if you do not have it as primary on your travel you will not be dissapointed:)

A quite nice hotel, with quite spacious rooms. Such a pity that one of the chairs in our room was very smelly. Otherwise the room var nice and clean. Breakfast is classic continental, OK, but not much more. Very nice staff though, cosy and polite.

It's close to the railway station (but you do not hear the trains passing so that is good). and based as centrally as you can ask for in Kongsberg. The bed spread was smaller than the beds but fairly comfortable after you learn how to stay under the covers. Didn't eat, drank little and the help was fabulous.
