We booked this place on a recommendation, pity we didn't read the reviews first. The street is too narrow for buses so we were dropped off at the end of the street, leaving us to pull our cases the last 200 metres along the pavements, not the end of the world, but no use for the less mobile elderly traveler... My partner uses a mobility scooter and we found the staff to be very helpful, both hotels to be easy to get around and very clean (room and hotel deep cleaned at least once a day) the food was acceptable. The location is perfect ie less than five mins walk from the beach. You can hire crutches,wheelchairs and mobility scooters... More

They often say you get what you pay for, but we both felt we got a lot more than that. Yes, the management is "strict" about their Golden Rules, but they are there to maximise the experience for everyone...... so you get a decent night's sleep, and bad behaviour by louts is just not tolerated.
