The hotel is a bit run down,but you can't beat the location right on the beach and only 1 block from town. It also has a swimming pool. The room were 600-800 pesos / nite. Rivaling the cheepies in town

Great location with affordable price. Rooms are clean with beach view. Staff is very helpful. Bed was a little uncomfortable but maybe because I was sleeping in a hammock for a week before arriving at this hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a clean, affordable place in the heart of Puerto Morelos.
