Don't get me wrong, Kathy and Rob were very nice and the cabins were as well, but after one night we noticed that they were loaded with BED BUGS. We were absolutely horrified to hear about our problem which became your problem. We understand that bed bugs are a growing problem nationwide and we had in place traps and indicators in all cabins.
