Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was adequate but bit small for a couple. Bathrooms were adequate but once again small and slightly restrictive for 2 people. Reasonable value. Breakfast too expensive for what we needed.

I have stayed here before. Good all round. Only thing that gets up my nose is their insistance that they take a deposit from my credit card. This is particularly offputting considering I am an Accor Advantage plus member. ( no more) Not renewing after this treatment.

Located in the suburbs of Auckland with the motorway and train station nearby for easy access if you need to get into the centre of the city - the rooms were all clean and tidy and once again all the staff l came across could not have been more helpful.

Although immaculately clean, had we stayed any longer we would have suffered from claustrophobia.
