I travel to Canberra for meetings several times a year and always choose the Novotel. Staff are friendly, breakfast is excellent and beds very comfortable. Located in the CBD it is close to restaurants and shopping.

Overall very good stay in a very clear room and tidy hotel and facilities, Reasonable cost and great location, Bed are not confortable, but we don't sleep well any where away from home, will bring own pillows next time. We will return to this hotel in the future,

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great for dinner and for breakfast, with efficient and helpful staff and the food was lovely. The only negative was that the mattree was too soft.
