Dodgy internet booking site resulted in two rooms being booked when only one was required. Notified hotel as soon as realized the error (4 weeks in advance). Staff totally unhelpful and refusing to refund room charge. Very, very, ordinary! More

Not the best value, they are serviced appartments rather than a Hotel so dont look for to many amenities, in a good possition for resturants and museums, parliment house ETC plenty of parking underneath handy to the lake would stay again. Room Stunk of Smoke More
