We booked through wotif on arrival no baggage trolley had a room miles away with a makeshift fence ,no brochure on happy hour no snacks at bar,noisy air con which i complained about no action taken,ate at restaurant take a number and put it on your table? 4star???? Have you ever been to melbourne?

We stayed here overnight in the off season so the rate was great value. The resort staff were not overly friendly and the room while large, needed renovation (dating from the 1990s I would guess). The pool was closed during the time of our stay for maintenance. While the location is good, it is a fairly average resort.
