It's god-aweful. By far the dirtiest backpackers I've been to. It's just filthy. Where do I begin? The rooms and hallways have a heavy, musky smell. The walls are scarred with scrapes and scratches. Pretty close to the Central rail station, it is on the edge of Chinatown so handy for restaurants etc. Has no elevator so tough one if you have heavy gear.
