As an Accor Silver club member I expected to get looked after, instead I was dumped in two shabby back rooms with leaking tapes, green mould in the bathrooms and one of the rooms smelt terrible, the worst part was, I bought my family, daughter & her family to the place for two nights and paid in advance, could not... I can't believe that this is an Accor hotel! I booked a superior room and my poor colleague booked a standard - they were sub standard and certainly NOt superior! Although the manager was helpful and tried to find us something better, the overall stand of the hotel was such that this was impossible - slightly larger room but smallest... More

Tis hotel is nicely location, walking distance to major attractions in Sydney. The outside and inside is old and old fashioned. Wood, brown. Rooms pretty comfortable. Reception and lobby is of the other century. Breakfast area looks like a youth hostel with poor quality. On top a hotel charging 24 dollars for Internet I find it awkward.. More
