I was disappointed with this hotel. The windows were filthy which made the rooms dark. The cleaning was irregular and patchy. The bedside table had selotape holding the corner together. This was a clean and friendly spot to rest my head while away for work. Nice and close to China Town for a touristy dinner and convenient to where I was working. Loved the big old windows but disappointed they wouldn't open. Great city scape.

Excellent and efficient staff. Room was perfect. Close to Central Station, Chinatown and Darling Harbour. Adjoining café was adequate for food and drink. We were very happy to have chosen this establishment. (We were woken at 12:30am because of a fire alarm, but the hotel could not be held responsible for someone who chooses to smoke in the public toilets.)
