The location of the hotel is good, the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We were glad we booked a 'Garden room' . Near the internal courtyard it is more quiet than near the (busy) road. The rooms are good, not very big.

Spent a week at the Arts Hotel in Sydney. Really good value for money. We were given a free upgrade to a garden room which was small but very comfortable.
