It been 20 years since I was in a Hostel. I found the Dingo Moon to be clean, full of friendly people and had a very helpful staff. The kitchen area was large, there were 4 fridges and plenty of shade. The mattresses were maybe a bit to thin but not a big deal. The bathrooms were cleaned daily and stayed pretty clean. I did not notice a major party atmosphere but at night poeple sat around with some six packs. It was quiet even with a few night owls sitting around the pool at 2 am. It is pretty close to downtown and right on the major strip. You have to pay for parking ( a cheap lot is next door) and the internet was $4/hour- they have 4 computers and a wireless system. more
