Stayed for 4 nights. Decor nothing special but room was big enough. Used complimentary shampoo bottle was left in corner of shower for 3 days although bed was remade. Staff were helpful. Restaurant was good and pool bar was a nice surprise. Loved the 20 minutes free wifi in the foyer, was long enough to catch up on emails etc.... More

Although we only stayed one night, it was very pleasant. The hotel seems to be suffering from tropical weathering and needs some rejuvenation - a bit of a paint job and flat screen TVs would give it a lift. Always start with a positive ... the staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was a very welcome relief and beautiful place to spend the evening. Stayed here for 2 weeks on business. Upgraded to executive suite due to long stay. Suite was large and spacious however completely dysfunctional for an executive suite. From the minute we entered the hotel, we were treated with excellent service. The hotel was cool, clean, the pool beautiful, could have done with a bit of shade though. The staff at the cafe and pool bar were very helpful.

Room was OK, desk staff friendly but failed to respond three times to reported (admittedly minor) problems with the room. One problem was a badly frosted refrigerator, I gave up after the third complaint and defrosted it myself.

Yes, prior reviews accurate. Room could do with a tech upgrade, new shower heads, new mattress. However rooms are clean and tastefully furnished. And they could offer me toasted gluten free bread. Very happy and will return.

This hotel is in a great location to the center of town, i have stayed here about 5 times over a 4 year period for 4 weeks at a time so i would like to say i know the place. If you like a pool then this hotel is for you we also stayed at the holiday inn next door... More
