This is a reasonable hotel for a short business stay, very clean, has cooking facilities (not really adequate to cook anything serious) and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Definately not 4.5 star service and facility. I have stayed here about 10 times since its opening and my experiences have been variable. Twice I have been woken in the middle of... More

It's in a great location rooms were good too. Some of the staff working here lack some customer service skills and the cooking facilities aren't great. One of the guys working here (rob/Ryan ??) was very polite and helpful! It's a great place to stay on business, need to be in the CBD and if you're not planning on doing... More

I didn't need a view, just a clean, comfortable room and I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness, amenities and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Overall much more friendly and helpful than the usual business hotel. A "mystery hotel" booking, so excellent value this time. More

I stayed at the Mantra Pandanas this week (on Knuckey Street) as it was less than a 3 minute walk to my office - if I had been staying for lesiure I would have stayed closer to the water (having said that, the water is a whole 10 minute walk from the Pandanas). So it's just a few blocks from... More

We stayed in one of the serviced apartments available at the Pandanas. Cleaned once a week, we have no complaints about the service or room, although for some reason the fire alarm periodically sounded off. If you decide to cook (as food in Darwin is for reason quite expensive compared to other cities), you will need to have the fan... More

We booked as a mystery hotel ( we had 3 weeks up here so could muck around a bit with accommodation). Rate was very cheap - but then you get a room with a very limited view. At least it had a balcony which made a nice change. Room had a king bed which was unexpected. Very comfortable. Room was... More

Stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed the apartment I had. Very spacious, great location, clean tidy and well equiped. Friendly helpful staff as well. Would certainly go back. More

We were travelling with three children so not unreasonably we wanted them to have a bed each. This was beyond the comprehension of the hotel, we had to ask three times for this to be done. The hotel is clean, modern, anything you eat or drink is expensive. $30 AU for a bottle of wine, and not great wine! Oh... More

Live in Darwin, checked in Christmas Eve and out Boxing Day for a break. The room on 18th floor had the most fantasic harbour views and given we were expecting a cyclone over Christmas we had the most briliant cloud formations, lighting and sun sets to look at. The room was much larger than I expected, very clean, and well... More

I ended up staying for 2 weeks at this hotel and was really impressed with the rooms, the service and the friendliness of everyone here. The 1st room was a water view room I was upgraded to which was spacious and very well furnished with fridge, cook top and microwave, good tv and music system and very comfortable. The 1... More
