The Hotel is very new and convient to the airport, which is whay I stayed there. It suffers as most airport hotels of high occupancy so service is low. The rooms are lovely, the resturant is over priced and below standard and the tabel service non-exsistant.. I would not stay again..

the room attendants need to check the mini bars as ther was a half used chocolate bar and open bottle of lemonade in the fridge. and the pillows looked like someone had laid down on the bed. otherwise very friendly and professional service.

Excellent hotel, well positioned near airport, service, food and rooms all of high qiality. Unless you want door to door service you don't need to take the hotel shuttle bus to and from the airport (5 dollars each trip) as there is a free shuttle from departure level which will drop you off in the airport village, 3 mins walk... Stayed just the one night but chose this hotel because of an enjoyable previous stay. The reception staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Situated close to the airport the hotel was convenient and met my needs. I would recommend this hotel.

Quite possibly the worst Novotel I have stayed at the level of service was so below usual Novotel standard I stopped complianing. No papers, no draft beer (we are cleaning pipes......at 2100???>???), no LeClub reccognition, resturant closed at 2100 etc etc etc All in all a experience that I do not want to repeat
