When we arrived to check in after our flight from Cairns, reception was closed. We called the number repeatedly before someone finally answered. We were told that we missed our check in and that if they wanted to they could cancel our reservation, even though we paid months in advance. He actually said this several times. It is not good... had a wonderful stay. Lovely staff, friendly and unobtrusive, felt like home away from home. Very central, close to supermarket, transport and eateries. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended place to stay in Brisbane

We stayed in the 2 bed executive town house. It was a good size, comfortable and clean and new towels were supplied everyday. It is within walking distance of Chinatown and central Brisbane. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only not so good point was that the rugs in the rooms could do with a good vacuum clean.

This accomodation is very comfortable. And the area is convenient. I stayed at a kitchnet room. There is a supermarket near this accomodation. All of staffs are very friendly and kind. I reccomend you if you have a plan to go to Brisbane.

Excellent, clean accommodation, very convenient to access restaurant area in Fortitude Valley. An easy 15 minute walk from CBD. Very well appointed, very comfortable accommodation. Far more comfortable than other classier accommodations. Fully equipped unit in a quiet area. Highly recommended. We had 2 cars and parking was free and off street for both cars.

We telephoned in advance but was told on arrival that it was a busy time. Despite having only one couple to attend to, we were left hanging around and left the hotel without checking in after 15 minutes. The character was very rude. We moved on to a hotel that appreciated customers.
