Our family of four took two rooms for two nights. Ww found this place really friendly and comfortable, with a good location to everything. The pool was clean, and the rooms very clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful with where to eat, attractions to see etc. Highly recommended and we will stay here again

Good location with reasonable value considering this. I would stay there again for this reason. A few of the furnishings were tired and the electronics in the room were cheap imports. The pool view room we requested didn't come through. And the tv remote didn't operate.

Was expecting the hotel to be a little nicer based on other reviews. The beds were horrible and very uncomfortable. Don't even try to get online here. Very nice room with aircon. Front of house could do with a facelift, but the reception staff especially Sophia were very helpful and friendly.Booked a trip to the Daintree and car hire, both of which were very good. Extremely helpful staff and committed. Food at hotel not only good but relatively cheap compared to food at some restaurants. The location is awesome! Cairns is really nice and great holiday destination!

Old. Very old. Noisy. Very noisy if chinese tourists are around. Horrible bathroom. Very small room. Overpriced. No lifts. Extra chargers if you want to pay with credit card. Giant room key, but hotel was open to everyone in early hours of morning when I needed to go to airport. Very bad security.
