We did not stay even the one night as we found a cockroach running about in one of the beds and a couple more under the beds. when we tried to talk to the manager, his attitude on the phone was rude and insulting.

Very nice apartment hotel. Somewhat old, but kept in good condition. Staff is very helpful. Good location in central Port Douglas, close to the beach. Walking distance. Minus for the small pool (actually 2) and the noisy ACs.
