Thank you for your feedback. We don’t leave air-conditioners on in unoccupied rooms, just the ceiling fans. Certainly keeping the air-conditioners on would keep the room a lot fresher for arrivals, but once guests turn the air conditioner on this usually resolved the problem very quickly. “Great 10 Nights”

Staff were great. Warm welcome from arrival till departure. Had a swimout room so enjoyed the advantage of jumping in and out of pool without having to pack up everything for just a quick dip. Highly recommend the OAKS and room 20A if available. Enjoyed our time and will be back soon.
