We were thrilled with the view from our private balcony which over looks a beautiful tropical swimming pool, the rooms are very spacious and we had everything we needed. The location is very handy for the main Port Douglas attractions; Macrossan Street-5 minutes stroll; Four mile Beach-10 minutes; and the Marina-10 minutes. When we arrived at the Port Douglas Outrigger around lunch time and all appeared quiet ! We called Andrea on her mobile as the check in time is 2pm. Minutes later Andrea arrived and was so helpful !! Just spent a week here. We found the service was excellent - plenty of assistance with choosing where to go for good value & FUN. Our room was newly renovated, everything we needed was provided in the room. We were made very welcome by Andrea when we arrived, with ongoing assistance throughout our stay. Great value.
