We recently stayed at Surfers Royale, and the experience was underwhelming to say the least. Seriously.... No Air-conditioning?? There was no screen door out to the balcony and the ceiling fans worked sporadicly. It's like walking into a mid eighties time warp the decor is so bad. This place is a step up from a backpackers.

The staff at Sufers were absolutly perfect, we organised all the day trips directly from the main office,and we're only 2 mins walk from the centre of town. I couldn't have asked for more! Specially talking to people staying in other resorts nearby with some horrendous stories!!
