i have stayed here twice once with my partner for a week and another time a weekend trip with my cousin, both times the service was good everything was clean and i have had no complaints! the pool was beautiful and cocktails from the bar so yummy! the breakfast was also good, lots of options unlike others i have had. The place is not the most expensive but not cheap either at about $200 a night. Room are small and basically furnished. Mantra legends was in a great location, close to the centre of Surfers. We stayed on the 18th floor with a nice view of the beach. Balcony a bit small, but okay for me because I am a smoker.
