Stayed here with my family. It was Team Canada hotel for Triathlon World Championships. Rooms were very old and dirty feeling. Although there was a kitchenette, we didn't even want to cook in it. Location was good though close to beach and some great shopping areas. Fintess area was old and hot tub very small. OVerall it was pretty dissapointing. more

I was a little hesitant about staying here as I had read some not so nice reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The major bonus was the location, 50 metres to the beach and 1 street over from Cavill Mall. The room was a little dated, but that didn't worry us at all. I will defintely be back again. more

I was quite nervous after reading the reviews for the Beachcomber but once I arrived I was able to relax. We had an ocean view on the 30th floor that was spectacular. The rooms are dated but clean. The hotel is in the heart of Surfers Paradise and less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. Very good value...stay there! more
