I would recommend these apartments! Great value for money! The location is perfect - close to the centre of Surfers Paradise and right on the beach. Our room was nice and clean with a good sized balcony.. We appreciated that we could check in before 2pm.

Good sized room, light and clean. One of the best views on the Gold Coast, hotel located directly on the beach, 2min to the centre of Surfers Paradise. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Really good value for the money. Would recommend to others.

Room ready to occupy and clean. Location excellent. Watched whales breaching 200 metres from our private balcony. Didn't need to use the car except for theme park visits. Very good value for money. Family friendly. Managers very helpful.

The President is located very central and close to everything that Surfers Paradise has to offer. Apartment was not clean, kitchen was over run with ants. Cutlery and cutlery draw was filthy. Went to use jaffel maker and it was caked in what looked like burnt cheese that had been there forever. I don't recommend the apartment at all !!! Everything was dirty and smells bad. The bed and mattress were the biggest rubbish !! You have no service on the apartment. We were supposed to stay in the PENTHOUSE for 7 days... You would think penthouse means a luxury apartment.... Far from that. It was dirty, smelly and felt so unsafe.
