Welcomed by cockroaches scampering across the floor. Mouldy, dusty, noisy air-con that barley worked. Mouldy, dirty shower. Very dusty. Electric wires in fan exposed with black dust on blades. Poor service. Don't mind budget accommodation, but this honestly is the worst I have experienced. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

Staff were really nice and really helpful. The rooms were clean, had Austar, a toaster, kettle, bar fridge and microwave. Nothing fancy but I found it comfortable to stay in for my three nights in Townsville. It was quiet outside my room at night and there is a minor bus stop a few metres outside the motel.

We stayed in a budget room for 2 nights. We have stayed in budget rooms all over Australia and rarely (if ever) have we come across such a sub standard room.
