I am staying for work in the worst hotel in Melbourne. High pitched constant whine in the room all night so far. The services folder in the room has pages missing - not even a room service menu! Could not fault this high-quality, well laid out room and in particular the comfortable bed and pillows. Not a great location unless you want the casino or convention centre, but still central and walkable to most things.

Location is probably what makes this a good business hotel. It is close to the Crowne casino and lots of restaurants. Also great running spot by the river. Rooms are decent size although a little dated. Housekeeping folks are friendly too. Good sleep too.

Arriving after a very long day at work, being greeted as you would expect to be greeted....so refreshing, upgrade to the quiet level :) nice, Overlooking the Yarra and the Crown. Very nice indeed. Room very spacious all the facilities you would expect...

We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza on 4th Floor - it was nice,quiet and very comfortable with all the amenities one expects at a moderately priced City hotel. Beautiful views of the river, could not be situated in a better place. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff were amazing. A wonderful stay all-round. Highly recommended and would certainly come here again.
