We booked this hotel on a discount hotel website and were pleasantly surprised with the size and quality of the one bedroom apartment. The hotel was quiet and location was great. We found it an easy walk from the Skybus terminal at Spencer Street station. We also had a delicious breakfast at Brioche by Phillip around the on Queens Street.

I stayed here for 3 days in March in one of their budget rooms. While the room was small, it was clean, had a television with a few Foxtel channels including movies, plus the bathroom had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
