The room is quite good although can hear the voice from beside room if they sing a song. Good service from the reception. The location is OK. we can walk to the CBD and behind of the hotel is near the swan river. If you want to cash up the RED CAT its not far from the hotel.

Just a pity they do not clean the bathrooms thoroughly - long hairs behind the door, only noticeable when you sit on the loo! Tile grouting brown, black, dirty from continuous moppiing. We enjoyed the location close to the river and still within a four block walking distance of town. The room was the usual Novotel room standard. The bed wascomfortable. I wish that hotels would include free wi-fi and upgrade the in-room lighting, but this is not a complaint limited to this particular hotel.

The service & staff were exceptional.When I made the booking I requested a special cocktail to be delivered to our room 20 mins after we arrived & It duly arrived right on time. Would highly recommend this hotel

We have always enjoyed the service and location it has very easy access to the city. The facilities are very comfortable and restaurant serves very good food. This is why we keep going back when we need a break or want to celebrate a special event.
