They have moved to an existing hostel like building. The place was unclean and dull. Compared to other backpackers, the bed sheets were very unclean, the blankets was un-usable. The room heater does not work at crucial periods. It was dark, old, cold, and mostly unclean. It made the trip to Rotorua miserable.

We found this backpackers in "Petit Futé" Book. I would not recommend this hostel. The staff is helpfull they help their guests to find excursions with discounts rates but rooms, showers and the kitchen (flyers in the kitchen) are really dirty. It was impossible to sleep. the street is very too noisy. I will never go again to this backpackers.

This small guesthouse provides a basic accommodation suitable for backpackers in the centre of Rotorua town. Very friendly and helpful service. They were able to arrange me a room with very late hours & everything worked smoothly. Place seems really relaxed and clean. Recommended.
