Walking distace to the town centre and quiet location. The room decor and furniture needed up dating and the bathroom was basic however the bed was comfortable and the room clean. Frank was friendly & helpful and there was complimentary tea and coffee in the guest lounge.

Stayed 3 nights in a double ensuite room. The property itself is not much to write home about (some bits and pieces are in serious need of renovation), but the service really deserves 5 stars! We spent 1 night here in December, and it was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was provided that you could ask for. Lovely, enthusiastic hosts who couldn't do enough for us - we could have talked for ages! Great breakfast and very close to the centre in a quiet street. Thanks again for a great stay!
