Stayed 3 nights in Feb 13. Were given towels that were torn & had holes in them. The floor had stain marks, the kitchenette bench was very dirty as were the power outlets. I will never trust a Qualmark rating again. This accommodation is rated 4 star. Arrived mid afternoon and had to wait 10 minutes for service - no response to reception bell and no reply to two phone calls. No apologies for delay in response. Room was grubby. We have stayed in many Rotorua motels before, and this was easily the best. We loved the beautiful deep spa pool, private courtyard, and the two-storey room layout. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. Thanks for an amazing experience, we will definitely be back!
