Lovely and friendly hosts. Rooms were clean and tidy. The area had very little traffic noise so had a good night sleep. Water pressure was a little low so showers were slow. However, will stay again if I'm back in Rotorua.

We got a big room, slightly pricey but worth it considering a spa fitted in the bathroom. Cleanliness could be improved big time, as well as the way staff greeting guests. All in all nice hotel, however these few things have let my experience down.

The rooms are very spacious, and each has a hot tub. My room also had an efficiency kitchenette, including a stovetop, microwave, and fridge.
