Very pleasant and helpful hostess. We had the middle large room which was extremely clean with wonderful views of the inner harbour. But like other reviewers we found the huge window with no option of net curtains, meant no privacy. And yes the walls are paper thin. Stayed at this motel last month and we were very happy indeed. Had a lovely harbour view room with nice plush furnishings and a four poster bed.

After reading loads of really good reviews about this place we decided to stay here over Easter and it did not dissapiont! The room we stayed in was stylishly furnished and modern. The whole place was immaculate. Will come back!

We chose Avenue Eleven based on previous postings for our 3 night stay in Tauranga. This place is definately value for money. The rooms are really quiet too and I slept in untill 9 am which I don't usually do. I had a very enjoyable stay, thank you and I shall come back again!

We love coming to Tauranga and especially staying at this motel. The staff are professional yet friendly. The rooms are nice and we often get a water view.

I stayed here about a week ago and I just could not fault it. We stayed in a huge room with a huge bed. The service was excellent and the owners were oh so friendly. We woke up to a gorgeous view of the harbour and then we walked along the water's edge to get breakfast in town

I loved this motel, everything about it was spot on. The room we stayed in was modern, well furnished and had a stunning view. Its also in a handy location just being a short walk to the shops and restaurants.

Definately impressed by this place. Good sleep, nice and quiet. Awesome view too. Been here loads of times now
