Stayed here for 5 nights in January, in a studio room overlooking Te Papa Museum. Just outside the heart of the city, but still within walking distance of everything, the accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. It's fourth floor location made for a very quiet stay. Highly recommended. Information provided by the owners included... More

This hotel has it all: great staff, lovely rooms, nice view of the harbor, washing machine and dryer, wifi, and it's two minutes from Te Papa and a short walk to Cuba St and downtown. Very up to date, it's on the top floor of an office building with Lexis/Nexis for a neighbor. We were lucky to find it. More

Location was perfect for going to shows and the many restaurants. Big bonus was free car parking. Very quiet even although it is surrounded by busy roads More

Had an obscured view of the harbour. Nice balcony with loungers and table and chairs (shame about he wind - gales force). Excellent kitchen, with washer dryer and huge bathroom. Deff. stay again. Near Te Papa. Stay here if you are in Wellington!!! More

I have searched weeks online for the perfect place to spend 7 nights in Wellington. I found it here. Opposite Te Papa, on the 4th floor of an office building, this is what is called a "boutique" hotel appartment. It sure felt like home, with full kitchen, huge bathroom (double showers!), washer and dryer in the huge bathroom. Very comfortable... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and it is perfect for being "not quite" in the city. Across the road from Te Papa and easy walk to CBD, cable car, parliament etc, but without the noise of being right in the CBD. Staff very friendly and helpful, but access a bit odd. Not really a hotel at all, more a... More

We stayed in a queen studio apartment on December 27, 2011 and really enjoyed our accomodations. Our room was spotless. The set up is definitely a studio apartment rather than a hotel, although that was what we enjoyed about it. It has a little kitchen area, a washer and dryer that is free (unlike almost everywhere else in new zealand).... More

Listen everything was really nice here. Also location was great. Service was very accommodating. I guess the setup somewhat bothered me. It was definitely more of an apartment than a hotel. Maybe I am just being weird abt it. Oh the curtains could be of better quality and not let in so much light. Anyway 4 1/2 is a great... More
