Stunning B&B, breathtakingly beautiful view on Dunedin and the harbour. Very useful advice of what to see in Dunedin, with a lot of historic information of the town and the origins. Very nice conversations with the owners, and a delicious breakfast!

Clearly the best B&B during my 4 weeks stay in NZ. Besides a bed room one has a living room, a bathroom and even a second bed room. So room enough. All rooms are well furnished. We stayed three nights with Sue and Dick in their superb self contained apartment comprising 2 bedrooms, living room/kitchenette and huge bathroom. A few minutes' drive from Dunedin and thus very easy in terms of access to restaurants. The best B&B we've encountered. Dick and Sue could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Dick took us on a guided tour of nearby Larnach Castle, and regaled us with historical context. Their home is new, the view of the Dunedin Harbor is spectacular, and we were served fresh homemade bread every morning.
