The hilly section was a challenge for parking. The upstairs/downstairs was compact and comfortable. Close to central city. Nice people, helpful with local knowledge. The view from the top bedroom was rather nice.

Stayed back in April 2012. Great location for North Dunedin. Handy to Dunedin Botanic garden, Baldwin Street (steepest street) and supermarket. Ideally situated to visit our daughter who is at Uni. Would recommend as reasonably priced motel to stay.
