This hotel in an excellent location. The first room was not too good had paid for a Kind bed superior room but the room had a queen bed and was very small. I spoke with reception and was given a free upgrade to a beautiful suite which made such a difference to us as we had booked for 3 nights....

We stayed here during the world cup. The hotel is in an old building totally unsuitable for a hotel. First stay was ok, second stay was appalling, in a room obviously a single into which they had pushed a double bed, a lift that doesn't reach all floors and doesn't work most of the time as the doors weren't shut....
