Stayed in one bedroom apartment beachside. Absolutely perfect. Very comfortable with great facilities. Vistas were stunning. Very friendly helpful managers. Highly recommend. We will certainly be back

We booked 2 rooms which had amazing views of the beach and open sea from your lounge. The rooms were spotless modern and very clean. The Thai girl that runs it is super hot and super friendly and was very helpful.The beds were also comfortable and listened to the waves at night. Well worth the stay.

Stayed in apartment, not beachside...but we knew the location so as expected. Well furnished very helpful friendly owner, clean and well maintained. Would recommend and would come back again. Have stayed in 4 different more traditional motels in Dunedin and this was much better in terms of cost and presentation, plus well away from noisy students!

Very happy with our stay here. We stayed in the old house which has no views, which didn't matter at all because the three kids were happy playing in the lounge room in the morning or having a hot spa just metres away.
