A very good and central motel. Very friendly managers who could not do enough for us. Us being 55 persons attending a reunion. It was great to see them joining into some of our activities. The left behind were a number of beer bottles that I had put under the desk. Otherwise the motel is very clean and well maintained.

We stayed here five nights and were really happy: extreme clean and super friendly staff. It's got a great location opposite the University and price was fair for the quality. Rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable with all expected extras and amazing heating! I'd definitely stay again and would recommend it as THE place to stay in Dunedin.

On arriving at 10pm we received a warm welcome. Motel located in town with a 24 hour shop within a 5 minute walk selling a wide variety of goods including take away food. Hotel clean and basic but fine for a short stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Small internet room was a bonus for us.

Unfortunately Dunedin has many small and mediocre hotels. This is a place to avoid. The rooms are large but dull, poorly furnished. Bad bed, poor bathroom. The price was steep for Dunedin and this place

A very comfortable stay we had. The room was spacious & had a small kitchen for us to cook. The staff is very friendly. Upon arrival, he gave us a map & recommends us what are the places we should visit. It would be even better if there's free wifi ;)

Great location, large room and bathroom, very clean. Easy walk to numerous restaurants. Pretty part of town and ver cosmopolitan with the university being nearby. King size beds and good pillows.
