The Balmoral Lodge is conveniently placed and our unit had a separate bedroom and well appointed kitchen, complete with cooker. The staff were very friendly and everything was very clean and tidy. The spa bath was nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a luxury suite and found it extremely spacious and clean. Plenty of room for bags. Bed comfort was average. Our room was by the road and so heard constant traffic noise. Other than small bath towels everything else was provided and we had a great stay. Would stay here again.

We had an awesome time staying in Invercargill and the accommadation was great. We had what they called the honeymoon suite. It was very nice and very clean. A credit to the owners and staff. Think it was around $110 per night for us both.

At first glance you think the place looks a bit dated, but considering what we paid ($100/night) it was a worth it. Had all the amenities you'd expect and inside the rooms were well kept, clean and tidy. Management was very friendly and informative. Also free Wifi always a bonus. Overall very happy with the stay.
